Shot in October 2018 for the production company schwäble + wolf with Inspire 2 and Zenmuse X5S in 4K.

Brief and execution
The Marco Polo sells a feeling: setting off, stopping wherever it is beautiful and staying there. The drone tells exactly that – from the van on the mountain road to the pitch with a view over the high mountains.
It was shot in the same period as the V-Class trailer. For the Marco Polo the focus was on calm, wide images and moments at the vehicle rather than speed.
Equipment and permits
DJI Inspire 2 with Zenmuse X5S, 4K.
Pilot: Jochen Riehm.
FAQ
Are drone shots suitable for camper van advertising?
Very much so. Campers sell freedom and landscape. Aerials show both in one shot: the vehicle and the place it takes its owners to.
When is the best time to shoot in the Alps?
Late summer and autumn offer clear light and little traffic, but pass roads are often open only until October. Light is best in the morning and evening; at midday the contrast is harsh.
What does a drone shoot for a vehicle trailer cost?
A shoot day with a drone crew starts at €1,300 net, with Inspire 3 and cinema setup from €2,400 net, and as a combined drone, FPV and car-to-car package from €3,900 net – each including pilot, equipment, insurance and permit coordination.
