Three packages, clear starting prices: a shoot day with a drone team starts at €1,300 net, with DJI Inspire 3 and cinema setup at €2,400 net, and as a combination of drone, FPV and car-to-car at €3,900 net. Pilot, equipment, insurance and permit coordination are always included.

What is included
- Pilot and camera, drone and equipment including batteries
- Liability insurance for commercial flight operations

- Daily rate 9 + 1 hours including travel time, night rate 5 + 1 hours
What is charged as required
- Travel days and travel costs: from 1.5 hours of travel time one travel day per person, travel by car €0.70 per km, accommodation and expenses
- Extra time from/to hotel: 1st and 2nd hour €180, 3rd and 4th hour €280 per person and hour
- Additional drones such as FPV or a second Mavic, charged per day of use
- Preparation or setup day, for example for a site visit, test flight or rig build
- Special permits where authorities charge fees
- Live signal and equipment for broadcasts – more on live broadcast

Yes. Commercial flight operations are covered by drone liability insurance; you receive the certificate in advance.
