Brief and execution

At events it’s all about the moment: cars setting off, the convoy on the road, guests and venue. The drone shows the event from a perspective that makes it look bigger than it does from the ground.

Two drones complement each other: the Inspire 2 for big, calm images, the compact Mavic Pro for quick changes and tight positions.

Equipment and permits

DJI Inspire 2 with Zenmuse X5R and DJI Mavic Pro, 4K.

Pilot and camera: Jochen Riehm. We avoid flying over guests and agree take-off points and flight paths with organiser and venue.

FAQ

Is a drone worth it for corporate and client events?

Yes – especially for driving tours, large venues and outdoor programmes. A few aerial shots make an event video look much more premium.

Can the drone fly over event guests?

Strict rules apply over crowds. We plan positions so guests are not overflown and clarify everything with the organiser in advance.

What does a drone at an event cost?

A shoot day with a drone crew starts at €1,300 net, with Inspire 3 and cinema setup from €2,400 net, and as a combined drone, FPV and car-to-car package from €3,900 net – each including pilot, equipment, insurance and permit coordination.
