Brief and execution
Community Based Parking uses cars driving past free spaces to share that information. For the film the idea had to become visible in the cityscape: streets, parked cars and the moving vehicle.
The drone shows the neighbourhood from above, the car rig shows the car up close. Together the images explain the system without many words.
Equipment and permits
DJI Inspire 1 with Zenmuse X5 (4K), plus a car rig for the driving shots.
Pilot and camera: Jochen Riehm. Shoots in residential areas only with permits and consideration for residents.
FAQ
Can drone and car rig be combined on one shoot day?
Yes. We plan both units so aerial and driving shots are captured on the same route – this saves time and gives the edit more choice.
Are drones suitable for explainer films on mobility services?
Yes. The aerial view makes traffic processes understandable, such as finding parking, navigation or connectivity.
What does a shoot day with drone and car rig cost?
A shoot day with a drone crew starts at €1,300 net, with Inspire 3 and cinema setup from €2,400 net, and as a combined drone, FPV and car-to-car package from €3,900 net – each including pilot, equipment, insurance and permit coordination.
